Sarah Nussbaumer
Sarah Nussbaumer has been Deputy Head of Legal & Compliance at Solutions & Funds since May 2025.
Prior to this, she worked for seven years in the Enforcement Division of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). She also spent one year at the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in the Directorate for Foreign Economic Affairs.
Her professional experience at FINMA has enabled her to acquire solid knowledge of financial market law and a precise understanding of the Swiss regulator's expectations of financial intermediaries. Thanks to her professional experience in Switzerland and abroad, she has developed a particular interest in regulatory and economic legal issues at both national and international level.
Sarah is admitted to practice (Geneva Bar), and holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Neuchâtel and a LLM in International and European Commercial Law from the University of Lausanne.
